KATHLEEN REID

The Feldman Agency • Kathleen Reid, Agent and Managing Director at TFA, has a roster of 24 artists including Allison Russell, Lu Kala, Half Moon Run, Alicia Moffet, The Blue Stones, Billianne and more. She works hand in hand with TFA President, Tom Kemp, on the continued success of acclaimed artists like Goldie Boutilier, Tom Morello,

Charlotte Cardin, Valley, and Sum 41. This year she booked over 600 shows in Canada alone and was recently recognized in the Billboard Canada Women in Music Industry Spotlight.

Kathleen got her start in music booking shows at Dalhousie University, and believes the key to a fruitful artist-agent relationship is understanding the artist’s specific goals and creating a market-responsive workback plan to get there. “We pivot plans every day based on market reactions, the economy, and social trends,” she says, while emphasizing collaboration with the rest of the artist’s team.

Responsible for hiring and mentoring junior TFA staff, Kathleen also founded an in-house speaker series called Creating Connections, bringing in industry leaders from labels, promoters, and more to expand the next generation’s network and understanding of different sides of the industry.

  INGRID CROZIER

CARAS has recently announced their newly-minted Vice President, Finance, Ingrid Crozier, CPA, CA. She joined the team in 2024 as the Senior Director, Finance after nearly 5 years with CMRRA Ingrid played a key role in this year's MusiCounts investment of over $1.5 M into musical instruments and gear for schools and communities across the country, as well as celebrating Canadian talent at The JUNO Awards and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. She also also currently serves as Treasurer to Women in Music Canada.

When asked about what it means to be a young person in a senior leadership role, Ingrid talked about the importance of bringing fresh perspectives. “Everyone benefits when you're able to consider multiple points of view, and that goes for all types of diversity.” She approaches her role with a balance of respect for existing structures and ideas, and improving what needs attention in a changing world.

Ingrid’s road from studying accounting into the music industry was to seek out engagements aligning with her interests—radio stations, TV productions, and even The JUNO Awards. “If you make decisions driven by your own intrinsic motivations and values, you just might find yourself exactly where you want to be.”

    IMANI BUSBY

Media Pass • Imani founded Media Pass, a photojournalism publication, biennial exhibition, and artist development program that aims to amplify music photographers, in 2022 when she found herself wondering, “Which photographers are documenting Canada’s music industry and icons?”

Media Pass’ Emerging Artist Program provides young music photographers and videographers with free media passes to events so they can build their

portfolio and practical experience. In one year, the program has supported over 150 emerging music photographers. Media Pass additionally launched a platform called Front Row, to pair concert photography with thoughtful music journalism where photography can lead the story. Collectively covering over 400 concerts, festivals, and artists in the past year and a half and partnering with leading industry brands like NXNE, Departure, Polaris Music Awards, Canada’s Music Incubator, Burdock Music Hall, and more, Media Pass continues to grow.

BRAYDEN KEHLER

3Common is a ticketing, marketing, guest CRM, and AI‑driven campaign platform tailored to the event business. It was co-founded by CEO Brayden Kehler.

Brayden’s eye for streamlined design and simple, useful

tools also saw an opportunity in events. “Even great organizers were juggling six or more tools for ticketing, email, guest lists, ads, websites–plus separate tools for memberships, donations, or point-of-sale. Everything was disconnected, and no one could clearly see what was actually driving their sales.”

3Common was his answer, unifying ticketing, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, websites, and payments to make better-informed business decisions while saving on fees.

“We’ve grown quickly and entirely organically,” said Brayden, citing the over 350 North American event businesses that now run on 3Common. He said, “We’re giving hosts something bigger: ownership. Ownership of their audience, their data, and their brand–instead of renting it.”

In a new office and leading a growing team, Brayden was recently named in The Peak's 2025 Emerging Leaders, rising leaders under 40 who are shaping Canada’s economy.
