Mentor
Who: Music industry or business leaders over 35
What: Provide direct mentorship to YMP member(s)
How much time: Flexible; minimum 1 hour/month

Mentorship makes careers in music. We are looking for those interested in mentoring young professionals on:
- General career trajectory in the music industry
- Board and governance
- Leadership development
- Financial management
- Skilled trades and professions (sound, light, accounting, legal, etc.)
- Not-for-profit leadership

Board or Committee Member
Who: YMP members; industry leaders
What: Help guide & govern YMP
How much time: Estimated 2-5 hours/month

Gatherings can be anything from YMP members organizing a dinner outing to a label hosting a listening party at their offices.
